All those inspiring quotes, productivity tips, mom hacks that you got excited for and hit the like button... how many of those lessons learned have you used? This can be a bit convicting to realize more often than not, you like something but then keep moving on to the next thing.
I'm sharing in this same realization, admitting that I'm addicted to consuming content. I listen to one podcast episode after the next without giving these ideas time to take root and taking action. What happens when we constantly scroll our phone or consume content in various ways all day long.... what are we doing with all that information? Anything?
