Hey,
Are you tired of hearing "what's for dinner"? Or getting complaints about what you cooked or didn't buy at the grocery store?
One of the most stressful jobs moms (usually) have is figuring out dinner and doing the grocery shopping. It's a constant on our to-do list. Always trying to figure out easy meals and ways to keep the family happy and fed.
Even when we have it all together with our meal planning, it can still be a source of stress when everyone's always asking what's for dinner or not happy with what we made.
Well today we're going through 4 parts of the meal planning process and how a little communication will relieve so much stress from dinner time.
With bold love, peace and intention,
Julie
