Before you fill the calendar or stress over an empty one, take some time to be intentional about what celebrating the holidays as a family is going to look like this year. You don't have to just default to what you do every year. Maybe it's time to change the traditions. Take some time to reflect what is enjoyable and what has just become a dreaded routine.
And forcing everyone to participate may not be the best solution, at least not participating in the usual way. Let's have an important convo on strategizing how you spend your next few weeks with your family. Here's to less stress, less burnout, and more fun memories this holiday season!
