So many of us are quick to label ourselves a hot mess mom. It's easy to feel like we don't have it all together. But I'm challenging you today to consider the alternative. What exactly does a mom look like who isn't a hot mess? What is this opposite, ideal version of motherhood where you don't act like a thrown together mess?
Is this ideal even a reality? Let's dig deep into what we believe about ourselves and if we're not happy with where we are at, what to do about it. The first simple steps to take to get yourself out of feeling like the stereotypical hot mess mom.
It's an important topic and one I hope you share with your friends. It's a movement we need to stop. It seems funny and harmless on the surface but can quickly grow deeper roots that lead us to low self esteem, low productivity, and setting up for dealing with a lot of physical and emotional mess. Are you ready to ditch your hot mess mom title? By the end of today's chat you will be :)
With bold love, peace and intention,
Julie
